Tag set file

The format of the tagset file is a semicolon separated list, with tag name;tag sequence on every line.

Make sure you check the email telling you get when the tagset is accepted. Check that the number of tags are correct.

(new person): I noticed that when i tried to save an excel list as either tab delimited (.txt) or comma seperated values (.csv), scata could not recognize the line breaks, when i opened it up in a text editor and changed the "line break (carriage return)" to "Unix line break (line feed)" it fixed this issue (with the commend find "\r" and replace with "\n")
